Meeting Date, Time & Place: The Carlinville Food Pantry is in the back of the Catholic Charities building at 525 W. 2nd South in Carlinville, and is open on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9-11 am, and on Wednesday afternoons from 2-4 p.m. Food is provided free on a monthly basis for households meeting federal income guidelines. Other emergency services may be arranged by contacting Donna Eiffert. Volunteer workers are always needed to help provide these services.

Philosophy of Organization: Carlinville Churches Good Samaritan Ministries, Inc. exists to provide a channel for the Carlinville community to serve persons in need who reside in the Carlinville School District. The organization supervises the collection and distribution of Salvation Army funds for Carlinville, including monthly help with utilities, medicines, transportation, emergency housing and other needs.  Good Samaritan Ministries is supported by donations from individuals and organizations within the area and by a limited number of grants.
