Senior Nick Crabill is this week’s offensive player of the week after Tuesday night's Regional semifinal victory over the Staunton Bulldogs. Playing a more offensive minded position, Crabill scored 1 goal and assisted on another during the team's second half that included all 4 goals. Carlos Munoz
Sophomore Carlos Munoz is this week’s defensive player of the week after the team's shutout victory in the Regional semifinal. Tuesday's shutout was the team's 15th of the season. Carlos has been a consistent contributor as a central defender throughout the entire season. Munoz will recieve a free pizza and a two-liter bottle of soda from Reno's Ilalian Pizzeria & Ristorante.

Adelmo Marchiori
This week's Offensive Player of the Week is Junior Adelmo Marchiori. He scored all 3 goals in the Cavalier's home South Central Conference victory over Greenville. He plays a defensive midfield position, but is consistently able to push into the team's offensive attack. Against the Comets, he finished a deep shot, a penalty kick and a play on the goal line after a corner kick. During the season, Marchiroi has accumulated 6 goals and 11 assists. He will recieve a free pizza and a two-liter bottle of soda from Reno's Ilalian Pizzeria & Ristorante.

Gavin Boston
This week's Defensive Player of the Week is Junior Gavin Boston. He played his best match of the season in the team's road to victory over Central State 8 power Rochester. Throughout the match, he was able to intercept passes, win headballs and dispossess the Rocket's midfielders. As defensive midfielder, his job is to close the link between the opponent's midfielders to forwards, and against Rochester, Boston and his teammates disrupted the Rocket's abiliy to connect between their lines. He will recieve a free pizza and a two-liter bottle of soda from Reno's Ilalian Pizzeria & Ristorante.

Pietro Lentini
Freshman Pietro Lentini is this week’s offensive player of the week. Lentini had a goal and an assist in the Cavalier's road to victory at Gillespie. Over the weekend he scored four goals in three games during the Highland High School JV tournament. During the season Lentini has accumulated 4 goals and three assists. He will recieve a free pizza and a two-liter bottle of soda from Reno's Ilalian Pizzeria & Ristorante.

Senior Austin Shelton is this week's Defensive Player of the Week. Shelton plays nearly the entire 80 minutes of every match at left back. Junior Jake Pohlman is this week's Offensive Player of the Week. He scored two goals against East Alton Wood River, and one in each of the games against Gillespie, Springfield Lutheran and Springfield Southeast during the Kick-off Classic. Andy Pruitt
Junior Andy Pruitt is this week's Defensive Player of the Week. He had an impressive week of soccer during the Kick-off Classic. Pruitt and the Cavaliers' defense did not allow a single goal during more than 300 minutes of play. Pruitt's five shutouts puts him in second place in the St. Louis Post Dispatch circulation. Pruitt will receive a free pizza and 2-liter bottle of soda from Reno's Pizzeria & Ristorante.

Senior Luke Davis is this week's Offensive Player of the Week after a weekend that saw him score 3 goals. Davis played attacking midfielder during Saturday's two games and was able to continually find the ball inside the gaps of the opponent's defense. Senior Reid Rhodes is the the Defensive Player of the Week after a weekend that saw him lead the team's defense that produced its first two shutouts of the season and a limited amount of scoring opportunities for the opponents. Reid also scored the game winning goal against Wood River when he moved up the field for a corner kick. Rhodes will receive a free pizza and 2-liter bottle of soda from Reno's Pizzeria & Ristorante.
